Today Nic and I went up Little Cottonwood and went snowboarding in the backcountry. I had so much fun. I haven't been snowboarding for over a year. Nic took me somewhere pretty mellow so I could handle the hike. I definetly felt like I earned my turns. It was a great day. Casey and Lily had a great time and Papa and Bebe's house. Thank you Mom and Dad!

I'm glad you guys had fun, too! We loved our time cross-country skiing. I made sure we had a camera and then realized the battery was dead. I'm one of those people who should always carry spares!
It was so beautiful! When trying to get kids and gear and babysitting all arranged, I always wonder how worth it it will be, but always feel like it was more than worth it to experience the amazing views and serenity.
We should chat soon on the phone. I need to know more about what's going on day to day with you guys...
